Sometimes, due to tight deadlines, the complexity of testing (like dealing with too many third-party services), and the fact that we're maintaining someone else’s system, we end up making a lot of changes before deploying and testing everything all at once. But this often leads to unexpected bugs popping up, or previously fixed features breaking again. It’s a classic case of fixing A and breaking B—usually tied to messy, poorly structured projects.
