That's actually what I say to my junior colleagues: don't just ask "Hey, do you have a minute?"
Especially on DMs.
My time is scarce, so I tell them to take theirs to write down in details the context and then the problem. Most of the times, they figure out the solution even before sendind the message. Win-win!
